Couscous

Couscous is produced in women’s cooperatives in Gaza Strip under the supervision of quality section in the Fair Trade Department to make sure that it meets the required criteria. Three tests are made for the couscous. The first test is carried out after processing around 150 kg of couscous, the second after finishing half the required amount, and the third after finishing the entire needed amount. The processed couscous is transformed from Gaza to the Filling Station in Al-Ram in the West Bank to be tested for the last time and get packaged.
